We arrived early in the afternoon to get everything set up and ready before the couple came in to put the final touches on their celebration. It’s always lovely to take our time at The Orange Grove — the venue is so elegant and full of charm, and the team there are absolute stars to work with.

Paige and Tommy looked absolutely fabulous when they arrived, glowing with excitement and ready to celebrate with their family and friends. What an amazing weekend! We had the absolute pleasure of being part of Stefan and Laura’s wedding at The Bugle in Southampton , and it was one of those days that reminds me exactly why we love what we do. Beautiful couple, stunning venue, and a night full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories.

We arrived at around 4:30pm to make sure we were fully set up and ready to go for when the happy couple arrived at the venue. As always, The Bugle did not disappoint – this venue really is something special. Overlooking the water , it’s got a gorgeous, relaxed vibe, full of charm and character, and is one of my favourite places to bring our photo booth in Southampton .

The Setup: Sequin Shimmer Wall & Digital Booth Magic

For Stefan and Laura’s big day, we set up our sequin shimmer wall , paired perfectly with our “Till Death Do Us Party” neon sign – it always makes a statement and gets everyone in the party mood! We also brought along our ever-popular Digital Booth , which is always a huge hit at weddings. Guests love snapping photos, boomerangs, and gifs, and sharing them instantly – it keeps the fun going all night long.

We were based in The Glass Room at The Bugle, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The Bugle really knows how to mix modern elegance with a relaxed coastal feel.

Stefan and Laura had our Digital Booth for four hours, and from the moment it opened, it was non-stop action! Everyone got involved – friends, family, (who, by the way, nailed the boomerangs!). The photo gallery was full of smiles, laughter, and some very creative poses – exactly how a wedding should be.

And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, it did. The couple got super lucky with their timing – their venue overlooked Mayflower Park , and at 7:30pm , there was the most spectacular firework display lighting up the sky across Southampton Water. Everyone gathered out on the balcony to watch, and it was absolutely magical – the perfect way to end an unforgettable evening.

What a day!

We recently had the pleasure of being part of Sophie and Luke’s beautiful wedding at Tylney Hall , and wow – what a venue! As a local business, we’ve been lucky enough to attend lots of Hampshire weddings, but Tylney Hall never fails to take our breath away. With its grand architecture, stunning gardens and romantic atmosphere , it’s the perfect setting for couples dreaming of an elegant countryside wedding.

We first met Sophie and Luke through one of our past couples who had booked our photo booth for their own wedding – we absolutely love when our couples recommend us! It’s always so special to see familiar faces and know our booths have become part of people’s wedding stories.

✨ The Set-Up

We arrived at 4:30pm to set up our Light Wood Backdrop Photo Booth – perfectly matching the timeless style of Tylney Hall. We always make sure to set up before guests finish their wedding breakfast, so everything’s ready and looking great before the evening kicks off (and no one sees us wheeling equipment through the bar – we’ve all been there!).

Once we were all ready, we returned at 7pm to start the fun right after Sophie and Luke’s cake cutting and first dance – the perfect time to get everyone in party mode!

�� The Party

The couple chose our 3-hour printing photo booth package , complete with instant prints, boomerangs and instant sharing – which were a huge hit! Guests were laughing, posing, and capturing so many memories. Sophie and Luke brought their own guest book, and we made sure to print an extra copy of each photo for it. Guests left little messages alongside their pictures, creating a keepsake full of love and laughter.

There was so much singing, dancing and celebrating all night long – it was one of those weddings where you can just feel the joy in the room. And we captured loads of fantastic photos that we know the couple will treasure forever.

I had the absolute pleasure of being part of Lisa and Stacey’s beautiful civil wedding at the Orange Grove Hotel and Gardens in Southampton, Hampshire – and let me tell you, this venue never fails to impress. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Hampshire that’s got charm, elegance, AND a few funky surprises – this one should definitely be on your list!

The atmosphere From the moment I arrived, I could feel the buzz. The sun was shining, friends and family were already smiling, and the gardens looked absolutely picture-perfect. The Orange Grove’s outdoor space really is something else – with its lush green backdrops and those super cool private dining pods that give it such a unique edge. It’s not just a dream for weddings – it’s a top pick for any kind of celebration.

Lisa and Stacey had thought of everything. The ceremony took place in the window area, where beautiful s tained glass windows added a splash of colour and elegance to the setting. As the light filtered through, it created this magical glow – a total dream to set up the photo booth in !

Speaking of the booth – this was a blast! The couple chose our popular gold sparkle backdrop , which looked amazing in the photos. They went for a 3-hour printing hire, and we included our full table of funky props. Guests just couldn’t stay away. The strip photo layout was a big hit, and the boomerang feature combined with social sharing meant everyone could instantly post their moments of fun online – which they loved!

Nestled in the Dorset countryside, it blends classic English garden charm with a relaxed, elegant feel that makes it perfect for weddings. The grounds are immaculate, the marquee is beautifully styled, and the whole place just has this effortless flow that makes guests feel instantly at ease. It’s no surprise Jack and Katie chose it for their celebration.

As always , we arrived about an hour before the booth start time. We’re really conscious about not setting up in front of guests—it just doesn’t feel right. Lugging in kit and cables while people are dressed to the nines? Not our style. So we make it a priority to arrive early and make sure everything is in place before the first glass of bubbly is poured.

The 360 Photo Booth was set up inside the marquee, which turned out to be the perfect spot. It gave us plenty of space for one of our favourite setups—our table of extra-large props. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill accessories either. We’re talking big, bold, eye-catching props that really pop on video. The diamante microphone was a definite crowd-pleaser (as always—some things never miss).

Set Up We arrived a little earlier than usual to get everything just right, as Emily and Michael chose our sparkling vanilla gold sequin backdrop – a real showstopper, and totally worth the extra setup time! Now, let’s be real: the British weather definitely didn’t play nice that day. We got absolutely soaked during setup and again when we were packing away. But honestly? It didn’t matter. The vibe inside was pure joy. Claire and her guests brought the sunshine with them, and not even a bit of rain could put a damper on this party!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of being part of Elias and Anna’s wedding celebration, and let me tell you — it was one for the books.

They chose our 3-hour 360 Photo Booth package for their evening reception (smart choice, if we do say so ourselves), and we arrived at 6:15pm to get everything set up ahead of their 7pm start. As always, we had two of our team on site — not just to keep things running smoothly, but to make sure every single guest had an amazing, safe, and full 360 experience. It’s always such a joy when we get to be part of a couple’s special day, and Naomi & Elliot’s wedding at Farbridge Barn was one of those unforgettable ones that left us smiling long after we packed up.

Where we met

We first met this amazing couple at the PMN Wedding Fayre at Old Thorns Hotel last year. I still remember chatting with Elliot—his one non-negotiable for the big day? A 360 photo booth! That moment stuck with us, so when they booked our 360 Photo Booth for a 3-hour hire, we were absolutely thrilled to help bring that vision to life.

The venue..

Their final venue choice was Farbridge Barn, just outside Chichester in West Sussex, and wow—what a venue! Nestled in the South Downs, Farbridge offers this picture-perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant modern touches. The beautifully restored flint barns, twinkling fairy lights, and the warm, inviting atmosphere created the perfect setting for Naomi & Elliot’s fun-filled, love-soaked celebration.

The theme ?

Travel—and they nailed it! From a clever airport announcement board to a seating plan inspired by different destinations, every little detail made it feel like you were boarding the happiest flight of your life. It was playful, creative, and full of personality—just like the couple themselves.

360 fun

We set up our 360 Photo Booth and, as always, it quickly became the heart of the party. Guests were laughing, spinning, posing, and pulling out all the stops with the props. Speaking of props, one of my absolute favourite touches was how Naomi & Elliot made sure their furry family members were represented. Bunny ears for their bunnies at home (adorable!) and a giant handheld cutout of their dog’s face—honestly, it was a crowd favourite and such a sweet, personal addition.

And there's more

Another standout moment? The cake—or should I say cakes! Rather than going the traditional route, Naomi & Elliot went full nostalgic fun with a collection of large and mini Colin the Caterpillar cakes. It was a genius idea and, not surprisingly, they went down a storm with guests of all ages. Who doesn’t love a good Caterpillar cake?!

Watching professionals work

The whole day was captured beautifully by the incredibly talented team at Bon Amour Weddings . Their videography and photography were spot-on, as always. It’s always a pleasure seeing them in action—they know how to catch every special moment without missing a beat. If you're looking for a team who just gets it, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

It was such a joy to see Naomi & Elliot again and to play a small part in such a meaningful and joy-filled celebration. Everything—from the thoughtful travel theme to the heartwarming personal touches—made this wedding one to remember.

Where we were

We had the absolute pleasure of being part of Joanne & Shane’s wedding at the beautiful Old Thorns Hotel , set in the Hampshire countryside. Their day took place in the lovely Hampshire Suite – such a great space with a warm, elegant feel.

The creation

The couple chose our Wedding Digital Booth and Ivy Foliage Wall Backdrop Photo Booth Hire for their big day, along with our glowing neon Mr & Mrs sign – and it all looked stunning. We arrived early and set up in the snug area , so there was no disruption to the day and no space taken from the tables or dance floor.

How it looked

The Ivy wall really was the backdrop of the day – it tied in perfectly with the room’s decor and looked incredible in all the photos. The Digital Booth was in use all day, capturing over 225 images and boomerangs , and creating so many brilliant memories. They also went for a personalised text photo surround , which gave their prints a lovely, custom touch.

Who we met

We also had the chance to meet Micah from Mrs Bouquet Flowers , who provided the most gorgeous bouquets – honestly, they were absolutely beautiful and tied everything together perfectly.

What a fab evening we had celebrating Elena and Kieran’s big day at the beautiful Clock Barn – one of our all-time favourite venues (and yep, we’re lucky enough to be one of their recommended suppliers!).

We arrived

Just after the ceremony had finished, while guests were mingling before the wedding breakfast. It was the perfect time for us to set up our Flower Wall and unlimited printing Photo Booth in the snug area – a cosy little space that worked brilliantly for the evening reception. It took us about an hour and a half to get everything looking just right, ready to open at 7:30pm.

The couples choice

Elena and Kieran went for our Photo Booth Hire Hampshire package, which includes the flower wall backdrop and unlimited prints – always a hit! From 7:30 to 10:30pm, the booth was buzzing with laughter, silly props, boomerangs, and loads of amazing photos. Let the fun begin

From the moment the booth opened, the guests were absolutely loving it! The boomerang, GIF, and filter options were a huge hit, adding a fun and modern twist to the night. Aleeta and Andrew wanted to capture every joyful moment, and our ever-popular guest book made sure of that. We placed a copy of every photo inside, and guests left the sweetest (and sometimes funniest, depending on the time of night!) messages for the couple. At the end of the evening, we placed the very full guest book next to their gifts, so they had a lovely surprise waiting for them the next day.

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting The Party Manifesto , an amazing live band that kept the energy high all night. We found ourselves dancing by the booth, completely swept up in the fun!

Once the celebrations wound down, we packed away discreetly (takes about 45 minutes) and headed home, buzzing from such a fantastic night. The next day, we sent the gallery link to Aleeta and Andrew, so they could relive the night and share the joy with their friends and family.

What a night! �� We had the absolute pleasure of being part of Great Western Railway’s Excellence Awards 2025 , held at the Select Car Leasing Stadium in Reading (formerly known as the Madjeski Stadium). Positioned just outside the Princess Suite , we had a prime spot to capture all the excitement of the evening. Getting there

As always we leave early for an event just in case of traffic, especially in an always very busy London... thankfully we did, getting in line and waiting to get into the loading bay of the Hotel which shares St Pancreas Train Station took quite a bit longer than expected.

The Venue

Wow, what an incredible time we had at The Portland Hospital New Year Party! This year, the event was held at the stunning St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment I walked in the grandeur and opulence of this Hotel were stunning and is a five-star hotel in a Victorian Gothic style, Its soaring spires make it one of London’s most iconic buildings.

The Décor

The theme was Winter Wonderland

The centre piece of the room was breathtaking — an 8-foot lit leafed tree that glowed beautifully, setting the perfect scene for the evening. Around it, two graceful ballerinas in white tutus with LED-lit skirts twirled elegantly, their twinkling lights making them look like spinning stars. It was a mesmerizing sight that truly brought the Winter Wonderland theme to life.

As guests arrived, they were greeted with a glass of champagne, adding an extra touch of elegance to the night. Everyone was beautifully dressed and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and fun.

Why we were there

We were one of the highlights of the night was our 360 Photo Booth, which was an absolute hit! We were booked for a four-hour 360 Photo Booth hire, with handheld props. It was mega busy all evening, creating over 131 fabulous videos that were shared directly with guests. Seeing everyone laugh, pose, and get creative with their videos was so much fun. The booth captured unforgettable moments and added an extra layer of entertainment to an already fantastic evening.

The result

The energy in the room was contagious—giggling, music, and pure holiday magic filled the air. Image Events did an incredible job bringing everyone together for an unforgettable celebration. A celebration of the hard work all the guests have done and time for them to enjoy and let their hair down... which they did.

As the night wrapped up, we couldn't help but feel grateful to have been part of such a spectacular event. The New Year Party at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel was a night to remember, and I’m already looking forward to next year’s celebration!

Nicole and Matthew’s wedding at the enchanting Froyle Park Estate was truly spectacular. This 16th-century country estate in Surrey combines timeless elegance with whimsy, featuring manicured gardens, a charming wooden swing near the outdoor ceremony area, and grand interiors. For their big day, we provided our 360 photobooth hire for 3 hours, complete with the Ivy Foliage Wall, our neon "Mr. & Mrs." sign, stunning oversized props, and diamante microphones. We set up in the Grand Ballroom, tucked in the left-hand corner by the larger wall, perfectly positioned without disrupting the day’s flow.

The results

Once the celebrations began, the 360 photobooth was a huge hit! Guests loved spinning, laughing, and getting creative with the props, and the booth stayed busy all night. The bride and groom stole the spotlight with their stunning videos, featuring Video Effect One and Music Option One, which fit seamlessly into the wedding’s elegant theme.

The Beautiful Venue

Holly’s 30th birthday party at The Grand in Southampton was an unforgettable celebration! Having visited the venue many years ago, I was amazed by how beautifully it has been transformed. Plush, opulent, trendy, and chic are just a few words to describe this stunning location—an ideal setting for such a special occasion.

Our Set Up

We arrived an hour before the guests to ensure everything was perfectly set up and ready to go. Our 360 Video Booth took center stage, adding a unique touch to the party. As part of our Southampton photo booth hire service, this interactive experience brought so much fun to the night. Holly had specifically requested no props, and honestly, they weren’t needed. Her friends, many of whom are part of a theatre group, arrived in jaw-dropping themed costumes that were vibrant, creative, and absolutely incredible.

Pink Theme

The decorations were equally impressive, with a sparkling sequin wall borrowed from a friend and a breathtaking balloon arch lovingly crafted by Holly’s mum—fantastic work, Mum!

Other Entertainment

The DJ lady was another highlight, with her beautiful disco ball and high-energy performance. She kept the dance floor alive, bopping to the music herself and creating an infectious atmosphere. I’d highly recommend her for any event!

Where we where

The winter wedding at New Place Hotel in Southampton was truly magical. The Grade I Listed Manor House, with its beautiful history and charm, was the perfect setting for a winter wedding with around 100 guests. The gold sparkle backdrop we brought fit perfectly with the venue’s Christmas décor, adding a festive, glamorous touch.

What the couple chose

As a provider of Photo Booth hire in Southampton and Hampshire, I arrived an hour before the reception to make sure everything was set up and ready for the bride and groom’s entrance. The 3-hour booking allowed plenty of time for everyone to enjoy the wedding Photo Booth, with unlimited prints. The couple even opted for a guest book with an extra set of prints, which turned out to be a lovely way to capture personal messages from family and friends.

Who we met

Along with us for the evening’s entertainment. DJ Dean John’s wedding quiz had everyone laughing, along with the banging tunes that had everyone on the dance floor And then there was the Buzz Wire, courtesy of Roar Events. What started as a quiet challenge for guests quickly turned into a full-on competition. The constant beeping as people tried (and failed!) to steady their hands only seemed to increase as the evening went on. It was fantastic to see both kids and adults getting so into it.

The results

By the end of the night, over 100 photos, GIFs, and boomerangs had been created—proof of just how much fun everyone had! For anyone planning their event, adding something like a Photo Booth hire in Southampton is a brilliant way to bring people together and create lasting memories.
